How long has Koox Agency been in business?

Koox Agency launched in 2020 with the aim to offer cost-effective subscription-based creative solutions to small to medium-sized businesses. Koox Agency is now a thriving, female-led team of creative professionals that are dedicated to making your brand stand out from the crowd.

Do you specialise in a particular industry?

As a creative agency, we have a team of experts with different areas of expertise to ensure we deliver the best quality services possible & our most popular services are digital marketing and social media management. We excel in the food, beverage and lifestyle industries, however we would welcome businesses from other industries if they are in need of our support.

How much involvement is required from my business?

That depends on you. When you choose to work with Koox Agency, we’ll work as an extension of your team. We’ll have as many consultations as needed to get to know your business from the inside out. From then, it’s up to you how much involvement you’d like. If you’re looking to save as much time as possible, we’ll develop a system where you stay up to date with your business's marketing activity without spending too much of your time on it. Our goal is to make your job easier, so we are always willing to be flexible to your needs.

Why use Koox Agency when you can hire an in-house marketing agency?

Having a strong in-house team is a fantastic position to be in. But most businesses don’t have the budget to employ a CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Assistant(s) - or often even a need for such firepower. They might only need 5 hours of strategy, 15 hours of management, 30 hours of support, etc.

If you hire somebody too junior, they might not have enough experience to draft an entire marketing plan. If you hire too senior, you will be overpaying for the support that could be delegated to a more junior person (or overloading your assisting staff). If you are among the leading businesses that have a strong internal structure, you could still benefit from platform training, martech recommendations or campaign and content ideas, allowing your team to work to its full potential.

How much do your services cost?

That depends on your needs. Sometimes a consultation will be required to get an accurate quote. If you’re just looking for social media, we have subscription-based packages that you can customise, all prices for our social media packages can be found here.

How will I be treated as a customer?

We are extremely committed to making our customers happy. Seeing our clients’ businesses grow is our favourite pastime and when you succeed so do we.

How long do I need to commit to working with Koox Agency?

When agreeing to work with us we ask that you commit to a 12-month contract with a 6-month minimum. After that, it’s a rolling monthly contract. We’re not interested in locking clients into long contracts. We want you to stay with us because we’re generating your business great results. We’re proud of our client retention rate. In fact, we’ve been working with some of our clients ever since Koox Agency started.

Is the work all done in-house?

Yes, mostly all the work we do for your business is done in-house. However, to ensure you have the best possible outcome we will sometimes call upon our trusted network of graphic designers, illustrators, web developers and video producers to help with projects that can help enhance your digital marketing activity.

How will Koox Agency get to understand my business?

Getting to truly understand your business is something we take very seriously at Koox Agency. We dedicate a great amount of time getting to know you and your business so that we come up with the most effective strategy possible.

Aside from our initial consultation call where we ask all the right questions to start to understand your business from the inside out, we also do a lot of research into your industry and spend time analysing external and internal data. We listen to your audience on social media to get an idea of the things they expect from your business, and lastly, we take a detailed look into your competitors and what they’re doing online. All this helps us to gain the best possible understanding of your business and industry.

What will be delivered and when?

When you start working with us, we’ll arrange a consultation call with you where we will get to know your business and all the information we need to put together a comprehensive 12-month strategy. The strategy will include a calendar of what we plan to deliver and when.
